Promote mental wellness and reduce anxiety daily.

The goal of our mental health promotion project is to spread awareness about stress and anxiety as well as promote mindfulness. Wd did this by using Instagram to post about what stress and anxiety is, how to manage them, motivational quotes, and more. We used TikTok to promote practicing mindfulness, showing what stress can look like, and intervieiwing students about how they manage their stress.
